Hybrid Online Classes: What We’ve Learned

In 2008, the Collaborative’s Educator Licensure programs began offering students a new way of taking classes. The hybrid online model, a carefully formulated mix of traditional classroom meetings and online instruction, was designed to reach aspiring educators across the Commonwealth without sacrificing the personal support and sense of community so critical to the Collaborative Licensure courses.
